Hi all.

My users need to enter an invoice with MIRO.

The issue is that they want to enter two Tax codes in the same PO line item.

Is possible ?? How I can do this??

Thanks a lot

No its not possibe to enter 2 tax codes for same po line in invoice in MIRO

its only the case when u have delivery cost in po and the delivery cost is payed to same vendor.

if u give the details of the seneiro then i can throw some more light

Hi

Thanks.

We have this case:

The vendor give us an invoice ( it can be of delivery cost, e.g ) with total amount 1500€, in two parts:

1.- 1200€ with 16% Tax

2.- 300€ with 4% Tax

and we only have 1 line item.

Thanks

Hi

ok

if this is the case

say invoice is for 15 qty and 100 so total amount 1500

put the po number in MIRO it will show 15 qty change it to 12 qty and 1200

angain put same po second line wil come againg 15 qty change it to 2 and amt 300

now in header dont put any tax code

in line item put taxcode for 16 % for first line and taxcode 4 % for 2 line

Check by both wayes GR based invoice and with out gr based invoice

hope this will help

Hi.

Thanks.

Is it possible??.....

I tested this solution but the system doesn't permit to add another line with same PO and line number...

I can't do this:

Line 1 --> 45000333222 10 12 qty 1200€ 16%

Line 2 --> 45000333222 10 3 qty 300€ 4%

Hi,

You cannot have two different tax codes for the same PO item, you need to have two separate PO item lines and then you can use a different tax code on each line in MIRO.

But no matter how hard you try you will not be able to have the same PO item on two separate lines on MIRO.
