Same message processing 3 TImes in XI , what could be the reason ?

Hi Friends ,

Our scenario is Mail to RFC .Mail adapter poll intervals we have set as 30 minutes .

For eg , 10 mails per 30 minutes .Once mails are read and succesfully sent to R 3. The same data is again and again getting loaded 3 times ? How it is possible.

For eg , from 10 mails 1 mails is having some error . Then the same batch will retry for 3 times ? Even we have not set IS_RETRY_LIMIT parameter in XI Server ? Then how it is possible 3 times data getting uploaded .

check if u give retry interval then its happen when mail through any error it try again process same message

Thanks for reply. But, Could you please explain in detail . It means in one batch ( Among 10 mails , 1 contanis error then other 9 also will try to send again ?)

What is the Quality of Service used in Sender Mail Channel.

Is it EO or BE?

Not like if u set retry intervel when ever error accour during message processing it will try once again after the intervel

Hi ranga rajan,

Check in Message Monitoring of Adapter Engine in RWB and also Adapter Engine/Communication Channel Monitoring.

Also Check the receiver RFC Channel.Have a look at the Commit handling for BAPI Calls in RFC receiver channel.
