Where do I get Sun J2SDK 1.4.2_13 for Windows amd64/x64

Hi

I have to down-grade my JDK to 1.4.2_13 in order to use SPNego, but I can't find this version in the previous versions section at java.sun.com.

I can find the Windows 32 bit version and the Windows IA64 bit version, but not the Windows amd64/x64 version.

Does anybody know where it is hidden?

Cheers

Claus

Please use this url

http://sdlc1d.sun.com/ECom/EComActionServlet?StoreId=22&PartDetailId=j2sdk-1.4.2_13-amd64-JPR&SiteId...

it will take you to the 1.4.2_13 version for x64

Pay attention that you can replace the jdk version in the url you are using.

Enjoy

I've managed to get the file from another source.

I can conclude that the file is not to be found even at suns website. !?

Thread closed, the answer is: Not found.

Hi Claus,

I am also facing the same exact issue. I need to downgrade 1.4.2_13 on x64. My question is, can i use AMD64 on windows 2003 intel system. I just want to make sure before I used this.

Your help greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,

Vasu Pabbaraju.

Hi Jens

Thanks for your answer.

I'm aware of that note, but the problem is, that it is the latest version of the JDK(J2SDK 1.4.2_16) I can get there. I need an earlier version (J2SDK 1.4.2_13).

Hi Claus,

are you sure you need exactly 1.4.2_13, normally between the "_x" the changes are not so heavy and on this level the jdk's are downwards compatible.

Hi Jens

Well, not exactly 1.4.2_13 but according to note 1057474 - NullPointerException in KRB5LoginMoule, it is the most recent release I can use.
