Can one customer exist in both the account groups - "One Time customer" and "Regular Customer" ?

a customer can exist in multiple accnt grps but with different codes. one customer code can exist in only one account grp.

A customer cannot exist in morethan one account group at any given point of time. However you can only change the account group of the customer in XD07 provided there are no contradictions in the field mapping of the two account groups. For example, a field which is greyed out in the present account group, cannot be a mandatory field in another account group.

Once a one -time customer changes to a regular customer u can change the account group in <b>XD07</b>
