F1 - help option is not working in SAP 4.6c

Dear Gurus,

While pressing F1 key for Help and Assistance is not working in the 4.6c version ,since all the SAP enduser's system is upgraded from Windows 98SE to Windows XP sp2 ,only after this upgradation we are facing the problem can anybody suggest me the solution

Hi Rajesh,

if you are using the CHM Help Files plz check on affected PC the Registry for the following:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x

create key: "ItssRestrictions"

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions

create DWORD: "MaxAllowedZone" with Value 4 (Possible Values are 0-4)

Recheck if you can open Help.
