Hi Neslin,

normally the object link data is stored in table DRAD.

If you enter the document number and type here the link should be displayed to you. Maybe you have to switch to "All Versions" on the document link screen on the object side.

Best regards,

Friend,

I would like to know which method are you using to find the document attachment,

Prerequsite;

1) Thru cv01n have you made object link to purchase requisition againt the originals attached in dir???

2) if yes, go to t code: ME52N and open the PR and then select the line item(PR) to which you have made object link in DMS and then press the "DOCUMENTS ATTACHEMNTS" Tab which is not found in EXTRAS or ENVIRONMENT.

Will be available just above the Line item of PR at extreme End of all the Tabs.

Still if you are not able to get , i will try to give tables for document retrivals which are attached marking with Archival.

Do send me what errror mesage u r getting?

Archiving object <b>CV_DVS</b> enables you to archive the document info records

<u>When you use archiving object CV_DVS, you archive data from the following tables:</u>

DRAD - Link between document and object

DRAO - Originals for document

DRAOZ - Additional files for original for document

DRAP - Document log file

DRAT - Document descriptions

DRAW - Document info record

DRAZ - Table for additional files for original

<u>The following table shows the functions that you can use for archiving object CV_DVS.</u>

Archive - DVSARCH1

Hi all,

Tha attachement is added in the me52n transaction.

Towards to the top-left of PR there is a button for 'Services of Object'. So usually the attachment is created throiugh that way and When i want to display the same through the srevice button, it is not showing.

Neslin.

Hi Neslin,

thanks for the additional information. So the issue is with the attachment list at the "Services of Object" button?

Or with the display of linked document info records for the PR in ME52N?

Please note that these are two different things. By using the "Services of Object" button you can add originals directly to the PR. Via the 'linked documents' screen you can just link document info records, which might contain originals, to a PR.

For this screen it is necessary to maintain the correct customizing.

To grant that allways the currenct screens and authorizations were

called please maintain also the value "1" into the "Authorization"

column. For further informations on this maintainance please see the

attached note 375452. It's important that you not enter the mentioned

screen number wihtout the leading "1" as this number is added

automatically by the system (e.g. object MARA 1201 maintain like MARA

201). You can do this in customizing under:

Transaction SPRO

> Cross-Application-Component

> Document Management

> Control Data

> Define screen for object links

If you need the dynpro number or object you will find all standard SAP

objects and their screen number in function module CV130 (Screens) by

transaction SE80. Please maintain all necessary SAP objects.

Best regards,

Christoph
