jdbc adapter inactive

Hi, friends!

In jdbc adapter, After i saved a communication channel and activated.

In configuration it showing status as active, but in rwb in adapter monitoring

it showing status as inactive(gray colour), please tell me can i change it into green colour?

Hi

In RWB > Component Monitoring->Adapter Engine--->Communication Channel Monitoring

if your adapter is still shown Inactive.

Go to Tcode SXI_Cache and check whether the cache is up to date.If not then try doing Complete Cache Refresh.

Can,U check by copying this communication channel into a new one wid a new name and use that name and check in RWB.It sounds absurd..But,It will work..

Look into Communication Channel Monitoring Not in Adapter monitoring.. in RWB.

Under <b>RWB ---> Component Monitoring</b>

Just beside the adapter monitoring button there a communication channel monitoring button, use this one to chek your adapter. Now adapter monitoring is a part of CC monitoring so in adaptor monitoring all adapters will look into gray color.
