am preparing my resume and planning to get good job . So, can u give me some inputs on resume...

2.What are the Roles & Responsibilities in implementation projects. Pl give me 6 or 7 points

3.What are the Roles & Responsibilities in support projects. Pl give me 4 or 5 points

Kindly refer ASAP methodology documents for the clear picture.

Support project involves helping the clients' business operations which would involve.

Fixing up the problem

Implementing the solution to the production server after confirming in Quality server.

Zero defect post implementation

Performace of system maintenance.

There could be some enhancements depending on the clients' requirement

Mention the core MM Topics which you know well is the best value of a CV.
