What do we mean by EOE(Equal Opportunity Employer)?
A EOE organization recruits a candidate if the candidate is well-versed in his field even if his academics(percentage) is poor. Is it true?

Not sure whether this is in any way related to SAP.
EOE is to provide opportunity to all people without any discrimination. That is the primary purpose.
