i have created one purchase order. when i print the PO, there are a message in the item level said that " Rel.Ord.Against contract item 0010".
What this message actually mean ? ...

is there any sap document link related with the release order ?
this means that the Purchase prder is made against Contract, in contract the item number is 0010.
Pruchease order made against contract are called release orders.

The order should be released before printing. Goto tansaction ME29N and release your PO.
