Hi,

WHO DO YOU TYPICALLY INTERFACE WITH DURING AN SAP IMPLEMENTATION?

External System interfaces...some exmples:

Tax software: VERTEX / TAXWARE

If its India, Country India Version..similarly other country versions if applicable

RF - Radio Frequency

Barcode interface

Countless number of legacy systems...can be oracle, JDE, CIMPRO, MFGPro

If involves web applications, JAVA, J2EE, TREX, ITS etc

Transportation solutions (external GC3)

Within SAP:

Cross functional modules: MM, SD, FI/CO

With business process experts of various areas

Testers, Trainers, Documentation Experts, change Management Teams, Data

Conversion teams, Developers (ABAP), Basis and Networking experts,

Securities, etc...

• HAVE YOU WORKED DIRECTLY WITH CURRENT SAP EMPLOYEES? WHO?

If you have worked, say YES...and the name,

. NUMBER AND SIZE OF SAP IMPLEMENTATIONS?

(Full Life Cycle/ Go-Live, Partial Life Cycle/ Spot Consulting, Upgrades) – Hands on

depends...I have worked on 12 full cycles.. Refer best practices for spot consulting...its a typical business process solution available..of course, implementation will be handson...question may be keeping end user knowledge in mind...

•WHAT METHODOLOGIES ARE YOU PROFICIENT IN?

Value SAP, ASAP, Solution Manager, Ascendent SAP (PwC's)

•LARGEST AND MOST CHALLENGING SAP IMPLEMENTATION ..WHY?

Client's name can't be discloed here...Of course, challenging because of globally different business processes in practice and we need to standardize the processes which fits most percentage of the business processes. Typical challanges include 3rd party vendors to be able to operate on your systems and you would need data protection (its just impossible to control via typical standard SAP's security/auth management to achieve this solution)....

•(Versions, Order in Proficiency, # of Years - COMMODITY and BACKUP skills)

3.0f, 3.1g, 3.1k, 4.0a, 4.5b, 4.6C. 4.6B, 4.7, ECC 5, ECC 6, CRM 4, CRM5, SRM 5,

•INDUSTRY SOLUTION EXPERIENCE (UNIQUE SKILLS)

nope

•BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/PRE-SALES EXPERIENCE ?
