Shipping condition from Ship to Party required.

Shipping Condition is being derived from the Sold-to Customer Master instead of the Ship-to Customer Master.

We have found OSS note 208009 (version 4, 13.06.2000). This indicates that we should create a user-exit to change the functionality.

Since this note is from 2000, version 4, we would like to confirm that this is still the recommended solution. We are on SAP version ECC 5.0.
