great problem displaying news

Hello,

We are working with SAP EP7.0 SP13. and when we create News in KM (New --> Forms --> SAP Demo News) those news are shown as a xml document and not as a new.

We know that the problem is not on account of the Portal permissions.

Any idea?

Hello,

Try the following:

In the portal, go to: System Admin > System Config > Content Management > Form Based Publishing > Forms Availability > Folder Settings

I think you have to add your News folder here (This is the folder where you are trying to create the news items)

I know this issue is related to “Form Based Publishing”, so if my solution above is not accurate, then please read some documentation on “Form Based Publishing” in help.sap.com.
