Payment advice 010000927900001 does not exist for account 10000199 0110

Hello Experts,

One of the lockbox job gets cancelled with job log, Payment advice 010000927900001 does not exist for account 10000199 0110.

I have verified the log Id's.

Can any body throw light on why the payments advise is not created and what are all the factors we need to look into it and what we need to ensure that in future this job should not get cancelled like this ?

I did encounter this error before but I am unsure about why it happens.

Check FBE3 to see , if indeed the payment advice that is mentioned is not present. My guess: you will not find it here.

Then, check if any GL docs got posted as a result of your run. If you don't have too many checks in your transmission then I would suggest to reverse the posted GL entries and onaccount documents and then start fresh. In order to that, you need delete the transmission log from FEBKO table. Use RFEBKA96 to do this. You need to know the short key (available in FEBKO) to run this program.

Re create the IDOC for the lockbox and process your lockbox again.
