can any one knows about why sales order va01, sold , shipt to coming greye

hi genius

when am creating slaes order sold to, ship to 2 tabs are coming in greyed out what is the reason. I configured partner determination for customer master, and sales documetn header, sales document item. i have done config setting still am getting greyed out what could be the reason.

Hi Nag,

During partner determination, if the SP has been marked as 'Not Changeable', then it is greyed out in the sales order.

You could check the same by marking the SH as 'Not Changeable'.
