Adding Requsintioner as an attibute in the attaributes of Org stru

Hi experts,

In My Organization structure by adding an Requistioner attribute in the Atrributes tab and mentioning the USUserid against the requistioner attribute. what is that going to happen?

Is any requistioner whom ever I add into my org structure will be able to raise Shopping carts and GRs.

Please clarify ?

Hi Sai,

The requisitioner attribute is added for <b>Shop on behalf</b> functionality.

Suppose there are two users A & B responsible for different P.Groups.

If i maintain User B as a requisitioner in the attributes of User A then user B can able to shop for user A, create P.O for user A and vice versa.

What ever User B shops on behalf of user A it goes for user A's approval.

The goods recipient will be UserA only.
