Unit of measure in Demand Planning book

Hi,

Can anyone suggest, i have one common unit of measure in demand planning area. how i can change that unit of measure in to base unit of measure or any other unit of measure in demand planning book,

i have tried to maintain user specic settings, but changes doesnt overrite the common unit of measure!

we are implementing SCM 5.0 APO,

In planning area definition, go to key figures tab and have the checkbox for UOM column ON. Ofcourse you need to maintain conversions of Planning Area UoM with Base UoMs in product masters.

Hi Jignesh,

Once you set your UOM in planning area during initial configuration it is always stored as per that setting. You cannot change it later on.

However you can only display indiviual KFs in alternative UOMs either by changing the user settings or by displaying the UOM from product master as explained in the above messages.

Dear Jignesh,

Try entering the conversion of another UOM in mat1 , APO Product Master

This may get you to go into user settings in the DP Book and see the alternate UOM.
