Button Refresh lost ad hoc

Hello,

Once a user has declared further approvers and then clicks on the "Refresh" button, his settings for approvers are back to the default.

So he looses all approvers declared before.

Is this behaviour normal?

If not, can somebody help me?

this is normal.

If you click refresh , system will again redetermine the approvers and so the behaviour.

this is correct.
