Reg Automatic Clearing of Accounts

Hi

one of my client got a problem in auto clearing of Gl accouts through F.13. The consequences for this was in MIGO while creating Cenvat the clearing account gets credited and as per the the sort key it is picking the Assignment field correctly but while doing MIRO the same GL gets debited but the assignment field was not updating as per the Sort Key.

Version is 4.7 and let me know is there any note to be applied or Enhancement to be done in the programme.

Configuration for this is ok.

Dear Vinay,

We are facing same problem and I have looked into all options but cant come to any logic for user exit to update assignment field at time of MIRO.

Please suggest if you could come to any solution.

I have found following developper´s answer regarding same issue in other customers:

"The assignment field cannot be populated for the cenvat clearing

account at the time of MIRO. Even the substitution exit will not work

for this.

We do not support automatic clearing of cenvat clearing account. You

need to manually clear the accounts."
