Can we rerun availability check in R/34.7 for a CRM 5.0 order?

Hi Gurus,

Can we rerun availability check in R/3 4.7for an order replicated from CRM 5.0? If so what are the settings to be done?

Hi Srinivas,

Yes u can run the availability check for an order replicated from CRM 5.0 to R/3 4.7.In the sales order VA02, in the menu choose EDIT->Check Availability.This shall show u the availability information provided all the avaibililty check settings are in place:

1. You have assigned the checking group in the material master (mm02), tab Sales: general/Plant, field Availability Check (put 02 if available)

• Checking groups are defined in Transaction code OVZ2**

2. Configuring availability check controls.(OVZ9). Choose Availability check 02 and checking rule A.

3. Also ensure for the schedule line category (Tcode VOV6), the Availability check box is ticked or for the requirement class (Tcode OVZG),the Availability check box is ticked.

Thanks for your reply. But issue here is i have created order in CRM with confirmed delivery date. Once it is replicated to R/3 we want to rerun the availaibility check which will change the earlier confirmed date.

Will the changes in R/3 document be updated in CRM order?

Yes any changes done in the R/3 document will be updated in CRM order.

If it doesnot happen ensure ur scenario settings are proper which are maintained in table SMOFPARSFA of CRM and CRMPAROLTP in R/3.
