Can anybody help me out for R3077
Its occuring regularly

Possible reasons :-
1> user must be of type "System" in logon data.
2> must be unicode "in RFC"

If you are using NW2004s(Unicode) , enter the password of the RFC User (target) with upper cases in Logon tab.

R3077 usually occurs due to wrong password.
Please check the password for the RFC user in the target system.
If you are using NW2004s it differentiates between lower and upper cases in the password.
Please check this.
