ISA R3 : direct open with order number

Hello

we're using ISA 5.0 R3 edition inside a portal SAP EP 7.0.

We have an application in the portal which display an order number. We want to add an hyperlink on this order which open ISA directly on this order detail screen.

Do you know a way to do it ?

Hi Delporte,

To the best of knowldge, you can call for the action class that will show up the Order details.

For this to you need to have a single sign on mechanism.

Also you need to pass the required data such as shop number default customer number etc.

I see that I was not clear enough in my mail.

I'm wondering if this is a standard behaviour of ISA (which I thought should be) or if I must ask to our subcontractor to customize ISA to define the right flow with the right parameter (indeed, order number, shop number, ...).

We already have SSO.
