Hi
Are there any auth objects that I should include for end user planning using BI Intergated Planning.
I have the following objects included:
S_RS_ALVL: (aggregation level) Full auth.
S_RS_AUTH:
S_RS_COMP: Full auth for my planning real time info provider.
I am getting the error message:
You do not have suffcient authorisation for access with actiivty 02 on the Infoprovider ZCCA_R01 (my planning cube)
Can anyone shed any light on the possible cause of the problem.
Thanks
Ian
Hi Ian ,
Include RSPLF1, RSPLAN in the role menu and Include the following values for S_RS_ALVL
Activity 03,23
Aggregation Level subject *
Info Area *
Planning Aggregation level *
This would work fine and assign points if it helps

Hi Raja,
Just to point out that we are using BI 7.0 - Integrated Planning.
I assume you are refring to transactions RSPLAN and RSPLF1.
As I mentioned before I have already included full authorisation for S_RS_ALVL as per your post.
If you have any other thoughts to help address this problem please let me know.
Thanks
Ian
Hi Ian,
I am working on BI IP and hence suggested the same.
Even if you give full authorizations , activity will prevent you . I got the same error and took help of our security team to fix this.
Please ask you basis /security team to check Activity Types for S_RS_ALVL and give 3 and 23 .
Hope this helps
Raja
Hi Raja
Thansk for your helpful answer.
I have changed S_RS_ALVL to 3 and 23.
I still get the error message:
"Obtain sufficient authorisation for the activity 02 and for the info provider ZIP_CCA1."
My authorisation now includes the following objects:
S_RS_ALVL
S_RS_AUTH
S_RS_COMP
S_RS_COMP1
S_RS_ICUBE
S_RS_PLSE
S_RS_PLSQ
Please let me know if you have any other suggestions based on the role you have configured in your system.
One other point the planning layouts are accessed via the web.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
Ian
Hi Raja
Full points for solving this problem for me. As soon as I used the auth object 0BI_All for S_RS_AUTH the authorisation error was resolved.
I was previously using my own custom auth object that included the following characteristics:
0COSTCENTER
0TCAACTVT
0TCAIPROV
0TCAVALID
My configuration of the 0TCAIPROV was set to EQ 03. As soon as I set this to CP * my authorisation object for S_RS_AUTH worked.
Thank you for your persistence in getting this problem sorted out for me.
Cheers
Ian
