Cannot Load required classes for service SLD Data supplier

Hi,

We are running Solution Manager 4.0 SP13. Whilst in Visual Admin we highlight SID - Services - SLD Data Suppler .

We then receive the error Message - Cannot Load required classes for service SLD Data supplier - Please find more details in note:1017526 .

I've reveiwed the note and the note doesn't help.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Hi Ben,

The sever was rebooted after applying SP13. I did try your suggestion of stopping and starting the Service.

The same error appeared.

The fix:

The problem was with the User that was configured for the J2ee Data Supplier - it did not have the Authorizations. The quickest thing to do is review/re-apply the SLD Post Processing. The doc I used:

Go To 3.2: Configuration User Management.

Once this is done to check your configuration review/re-apply the post processing to the end of the doc.

Read / apply SAP Note 1017526 :

- Ensure the flag "-DP4ClassLoad=P4Connection" is in the Visual Administrator's go

script ;

- Ensure the J2EE application "com.sap.engine.class.download" is not started on the server. Go to http//:server:port/nwa - Adminstration - applications - Search for above app - start.

Stop and Start the SLD - Data Supplier .. or restart the J2ee engine.
