Unfortunatley a queue was deleted, which is stuck in ERP. Now user is not able to change the order in CRM. It gives the message that order is being distributed.
Is there any way to overcome this? to make changes to order.
Try to resend your CRM order using report CRM_START_REQUEST_FROM_CRM.
Put the transaction number here and the transaction type.This will create the Bdocs and populate the queues again.
