Emails not going out!

The emails that being sent out from the SAP is not going.Any response id welcome.

Have you ever configured E-mail setup in SAP system using tcode SCOT? If yes, Then please check status/log in TCODE SOST. Check waiting/error/sent ITEMS.

Is your mail (SCOT) configured for outgoing in Solman. If it configured check the sendmail job's frequency .
