Urgent:Extracting Data

Hi! SAP Gurus

There are thousands of materials and many plants(hundreds).

I want to extract Commercial Price1,Commercial price2 and standard price of all these materials belonging to these plants.

How to do it? Stepwise somebody please explain.

Dear Sushmitha

Do you want to see the Planned Price1, Planned Price2 and Standard Price from material master??

Go to <b>SE16</b>, use the table <b>MBEW</b> and enter. Now select "<b>Settings</b>" on top followed by List Format and Choose Fields. Since you wanted only the pricing details, press "Shift + F2" (Deselect all). Choose the following fields

STPRS - Std Price

VERPR - Mov price

ZPLP1 - Planned Price1

ZPLP2 - Planned Price2

Select "Transfer" button and execute. You will get the required report.

find the field names first.

Go into your material master (MM03) press F1 at the field you want info for.

In the help pop-up click the button or technical help.

There you can find the field name.

Then go to SE16, enter table MBEW, Hit enter

Choose from menu Settings > Selection fields and choose the fields you want use for selection.

Then again menu settings > Define list fields and choose the fields you want have in the list.

Enter your selection and execute. (dont forget to define the number of records to be listed)
