Confirmation Release Rejected in ECS

Hi All,

We implemented ECS (SRM 5.0, Server 5.5).

PO is creating in EBP and replicating to ECC 6.0. but when we trying to create Confirmation in SRM side it says "Conformation 5000XXXXX Release Rejected.

I am able to create GR and IV in ECC side, but unable to create Confirmation in backend.

Did anyone face this problem?

do you get the release rejected message in teh approval workflow for the confirmation in SRM side?

please post exact poinjt where you receive this error.

No, the approval status says No approval required., because we activated without approvale workflow for confirmation.

the confirmation getting created, later the status is changing to "Confirmation 3000XXXXXl release rejected"

Hi Ravi,

Hope you have activated the correct work flow - WS10400010. I recommend you to check out the conditions maintained in that work flow.

Check in bbp_pd for the status ( I1015 etc ) for that object ID. Check for any OSS notes to resolve this issue.

I would recommend you to check the confirmation creation and approval process by activating one - step approval work flow. ANyway you can manually approve using swo1 but that doesn't solve the purpose.

Do update us in this regard for further help.
