pre-requisited to implement CRM

Hi Experts

I would just like to know what are pre-requisited to implement CRM like (sys config...and so on)

and also

I would like to know vendor selection along with comparisions (Ex SAP V/s Siebel)

I request you to guide me please, as these are very important for me to include in my presentation

In order to access that, you have to use your S-id.

Check your basis people to get this id if you don't have one yet.
