CAN ANY ONE KNOW ABOUT THIS PARTNER FUNCTION

HI

WHEN I AM CREATING CUSTOMER MASTER IN XD01, PE (SALES EMPLOYEE) HAS NOT BEEN CREATED LIKE THIS I AM GETTING.

WHAT COULD BE THE REASON. SEE I CREATED WITH 0007 ACCOUNT GROUP I CREATED SALES EMPLOYEEE. AFTER THAT SALES EMPLOYEE WHEN I AM ASSIGNING IN CUSTOMER MASTER XD01, IT IS GIVING PE HAS NOT BEEN CREATED. SEE I DID PARTNTER DETERMINATIOON PROCEDURE , IN THAT PROCEDURE I CREATED , ALL FOUR PARTNER FUNCTIONS, ASWELL AS PE SALES EMPLOYEE IN MY PROCEDURE. WHY IT IS NOT ACCEPTING WHEN AM CREATING CUSTOMER MASTER.

Hi Friend,

Let me throw some light on this.

First and foremost thing is How does you create sales employee? If you wants to create sales employee, <b>you must used tcode VPE1 but not XD01</b>.

Ple follow the steps as given...........

First create a account group for sold to party having all partner function assign i.e. SP, SH, BP,PY & SE (sales employee)

Then create customer master data using same account group.

Create sales representative using t code VPE1. Assign this sales representative number to customer master data under partner functions as SE & save it.

Go through the foll. process will help you creating new partner func.

Partner determination procedure: -

SPRO

Sales and Distribution

Basic Functions

Partner determination

Setup partner determination

Select setup partner determination for customer master

Step 1: -

Defining the Partner Functions: - Here we must not define any partner function.

Go to partner functions.

While defining the partner functions if we check the field “Unique” that partner faction has to be unique in the customer master i.e. we cannot have multiple partners of that function in a customer master.

Step 2: -

Assigning the partner functions to the Account group: -

Go to account group’s function assignment.

Go to new entries and assign the required partner functions to the required account group and save it.

Step 3: -

Defining the partner determination procedure: -

Go to partner determination procedures

Go to new entries and define and save it

NOTE: - Procedure contains all the required partner functions.

Step 4: -

Placing the required partner functions in the procedure: - select the defined procedure and go to partner functions in procedure.

Go to new entries and place the partner functions

If we check the field “Not Modifiable” for a partner function it cannot change in the customer master.

If we check the field “Mandatory Function” it becomes a mandatory in the customer master and save it.

Step 5: -

Assigning the procedure to the Account Group: - Go to partner determination procedure assignment. Assign the procedure to the account group and save it.

This is the procedure to create the partner determination Procedure.

Check whether U assign the Partner Function in Partner determination procedure and also in Account Group.

i assigned in partner determination and account group also. I am not getting. see

when am using xd01, transaction code, it is showing sales employee pe has not been created. Bcoz i have created sales employee with account group 0007. am getting this messege. unable to create customer master. record with partner function sales employee (pe)

Hi Nag.. plz reply to the same mail when somebody is replying... this is the 3 or 4th mail u r raising for the same issue.. I request u to kindly respond to the solution provided by the members.. if some solution is no working, somebody else will be able to give u the solution

There is no soluton for imd>sd.>Bp>use sales employee it. when opened this nothing is coming only it is asking work bench request

i kept mandatory as well as notchangeable in partner detrmination in that vopan in partner determination for customer master.
