Hi Friends,
In my file to file scenario, the source file is picked up and moved to the archive directory. But, message is not entered into the Integration Engine and at the same time there no queues displayed in SMQ1 & SMQ2 tcodes.
To diagnose this problem, if we go and check in Comm Channel monitoring in RWB, it shows Internet Explorer error 'This Page cannot be displayed'. What could be the problem ?
We use PI 7.00 and Service Pack 12. We have IE ver 6.00
Friends, could you kindly me to solve this issue ?
Kind Regards,
Jegathees

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your reply. As you have told, I restarted the Java Engine thru SMICM. But, still the same problem comes even after restart of Java Engine.
The same problem in all systems not only my system.
Any Idea friends?

Hi,
Check if this problem is happening with you only or others too. If otheres are also facing the same then probabily you can restart the java server and if it is only with you then chek the explorer for any firewall settings.
Also check if you have applied any patched or updates then there could be a proble because of that also.

Sarvesh

Hi,
If you are working under firewall then remove that.
if this is not the problem then it shold be java engine problem.
just restart the java engine.
use transaction
SMICM>ADMINISTRATION>JAVA>SOFT RESTART

Hi,
Once you restart your Java engine.
The way of doing this is go to transaction SMICM-->Administration>J2EE Instance (Local) -
> With Restart.
And try.
Reward with points if helpful
