Hi Experts,
After doing all the Alert Framework configuration for the scenario IDoc to Third party adapter Using BPM.( added alert rule for raising the Integration Engine Errors)
When i send an IDoc so as to raise an Mapping Error. i can see the mapping error in the Process Engine Monitoring.
<b>Alerts are not getting triggered,</b> as i am unable to find alerts in the Alert inbox.
Need Experts suggestion on what the issue.
able to raise alerts to the alert inbox, when i used the test program <b>RSALERTTEST.</b>

hi,
Can you please check if you hav done all these steps :
- Defining Alert Categories (ALRTCATDEF) and choosing Settings Configuration for central alert framework
- scheduled the report SXMSALERT_PROCESS_DATA_GET as a background job (transaction SM36).you must have the role SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR
refer this to creat alert rule.
