Hi Olekan,

Check whether the user has the portal roles(authorization) for MSS iviews.

U get the assistance from a Portal administrator.

I've check the roles but everything seems to be in order.

Hi Olekan,

Check whether the Userid assigned to employee holds a chief position in Org structure (I think he should hold a chief position ).

Employee does not hold a chief position but i think this have no bearing on the missing MSS button as the employee have the button before.

Assign Self Universal Self services role in the portal and make sure that you have assigned right MSS service role in the portal to the user.
