SAPKIBKT10 Problems

Hi,

We are using SRM 5 and recently upgraded to the support pack SAPKIBKT10.

The earlier support pack was SAPKIBKT05.

After upgrdaing the SP SAPKIBKT10 we are getting the following errores.

1. Workflow is not working meaing it is not finding correct agents. if I am creating SC it is coming to me for approval or anybody in my org structure is creating SC it is coming to him and all the persons in the org str. It is not finding the correct responsibel person.

The workfow were working fine before stacks upgrade.

also geeting follwoing error messages

System ENTCLNT100 of purch. organization X20 differs from doc. reference ESTCLNT200 (Item test New SP )

Error calling META BAPI META_CALCULATE_TAX

Not possible to calculate tax

Error occurred calling META_BAPI_DISPATCH

has anybody faced the same problems after upgrade of the Stacks from 5 to 10?

Any idea / sugestions.

are you using N-step workflow? let me know.

there were lots of changes made in the area of workflow.

Hi there,

Yaa we are using N- step approval for SC and PO.

we are facing following problems after the Support pack upgrade

1. Unable to approve the SC. ( N-step) the SC is going to the creators inbox.

2. Everybody in the org structure is getting the SC approval meaning if there are 4 persons in org str and one of them is creating SC though I am not approver the SC is coming to me.

3. When I approve the SC from my inbox the PO is going in Held status.

4. If i change the PO e.g Vendor, Quantity the PO is going in 'Ordered 'status and not in awaiitng approval meaning change PO workflow is not working as well.

also for most of the vendors getting message

Vendor 0000100003 is not known in backend ENTCLNT100

(same vendors has been used many times before stack upgrade)

so seems that logical system has been changed somewhere, also as said in my previous message getting tax related error.

have you faced the same problems after stacks Upgrade.

Whats the solution for this is there any correction notes for the Entire stacks.
