What is IBase, Sold to party, Ship to party.......?

Hi All,

In Service desk, I need help regarding the definitions(concept/idea) of the below terms and also the co-relation and differences among them.

1) Ibase (Installation Base)

2) Sold to party

3) Ship to party

4) Orginization stricture

5) Support Team

Any information, links, etc regarding my query would be of great help to me.
