Regarding SAP SPOOL - issue

Dear Gurus,

iam facing the spool problem ,since i cant able to print using SAP protocol

1.All the endusers connected to the prod.server,cant able to print ,the enduser OS has been changed from WIN98 se to Win XP professional sp2(when used with Win98 se no problem print is possible)

2.since the frontend GUI has installed with the GHOST technology. to all the endusers ,but except only one system ,print through SAP is possible .

3.SAPLPD is running ,i have checked the Host file of endusers and compare with the working system.

can any one suggest me the favour

Hello,

Check out the system's shares of endusers like C$, if "file and printing sharing" is enabled.

A firewall, like the firewall of XP SP2 can block printing, you should check if a port or a service isn't blocked.

Give us the result of the ckecks and we'll see.
