Problem logging onto Integration builder

Hi,

I have been accessing XI without problem from my PC.

But when I tried the same from another m/c(jdk 1.4.2 08)

Still i am not able to see Integration builder and

the popup of java webstart asks me username password.

I gave xisuper and password but of no use.

Kindly help
