Regarding Tracing of material

Hi MM guru's

our client want to trace the open bags and loose bags

--as we use the material from the bags and 1 bag suppose 10 kg some time our Production People can not use the complete material from the they may open no of bags to make the product now Production people sent back the material bags to store

and we maintain our material in KG at our store and issue to Production department Throught Bags

now my question is

how can we track that how many bags are loose bags ie from how many bags we have already used the materials
