Can anyone please send me the config Documents, if possible with screenshots , of OM , PA, PY and Time management. As, I am new to HR functional, your help will really help me very much.

while configuring a system first it is always useful to go through the help.sap.com as Vijay directed you there, thanks Vijay!!

If you already have a picture of the entire system config in that area you are looking for, go to the IMG with the TA SPRO and check out the documentations for all the nodes you are reuqired to customize.

In these documentations you will find descriptions, enabled values, etc for that special setting.
