does SAP supports DATA MATRIX 2D barcoding??

Hi folks,

i am printing 2D barcode in smartform by using PDF 417.it's somewhat large in size. but my customer wants the data matrix format for barcoding so that the barcode can be display in a smaller size.

does SAP supports DATA MATRIX barcode ?? plz advice me , how to do this

data matrix barcoding in SAP???

I'm also facing the same problem. But according to SAP documentation, Data Matrix is not supported (I think is because of license issue). I wanted to use data matrix as first, but since is not supported, I change to PDF 417. I suggest you use PDF 417 if you want to print from SAP.
