How to write PCR, how to create wage type?

Hi Experts .

(1.) May you plz help me out that How to write PCR (Personnal Calculation Rule) ?

(2.)I want to create a wage type say(8TTY) , which is 60% of PF-salary (/111) , How can i craete this wage type , so that it will appear in RT .?

It is urgent plz .

Boss i have no idea how to initiate this task .

What t-code i use to create a wage type 8tty and where i should write the code sent by you .
