Screen at start up SAP B1

I don't know to make a screen at start up SAP B1 is moved, for Example: a picture wave ripple of SAP at start up.

Then as I have explained check if the sapss.avi file has been moved or renamed.

Rename it back to <b>sapss.avi</b> and place it under C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One

If it has been deleted, copy it from installation CD.

BTW, Which version of SBO are you using?

i found sapss.avi in installation CD, but i don't see it. Can you for me this file or show me a website to get it.

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly.

But, if you are asking about <b>removing the wave ripple</b> at the time of login then follow the steps below.

Firstly, the ripple animation is due to sapss.avi file. You can locate it under

C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\sapss.avi

Rename it to sapss_old.avi and the ripple effect will no longer appear.

If you are saying that it is not appearing anymore then check if the avi file has been moved / renamed and restore it back to its original name sapss.avi
