how do we configure out put determination in ecc 5.0

Hi genius,

am using ecc 5.0 how do we configure out put for this following task

These are the following document types means order document types.

ZIOX

ZIOO

ZIKB

The information that will be contained in this form includes, Complete Sales Order Detail as well as the Delivery status of each line item, including the Ordered and Delivered Quantities of the Sales Order and Delivery Document. Once this form is completed it will then be emailed to the Sold To (Distributor) and cc’d to the employee who Created the Sales Order. Once the form is generated, it will need to be emailed to Sold TO (Distributor) and cc’d to the AA rep whom created the order. (VBAK-ERNAM)

where do i confifure these settings that out put goes to sold to party as well as the Who created te delivery as well as sales order.

Hi Nag,

If you configure your output type as an email, you can send it to multiple people. If your output type is a print output, then it may not be possible by standard means.

In this case, you can make your output as a spool, and then you can convert the spool number into PDF document and send through email using the function module CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF
