Cannot CIF alternative BOM.

Hi APO Experts,

I have a problem on CIF. I want to CIF an Alternative BOM for a Material but when I'm trying to save the Integration Model,the value appeared for Material BOM is 0(zero). I checked the BOM via CS11 and it seems ok.

Please advise what setting that I may have missed.

Hi,

In CFM1 transaction, enter the material and plant and select the tab "BOM".

In the selection under tab "BOM", enter the numerical value of "alternative ".

This will select the alternative BOM.There are no other settings required for this.

I have tried that but unforyunately, it doesn't work. I don't know why it doesn't pick-up the alternative BOM.

Hi Experts,

Another question, can a Phantom Material BOM CIF to APO if it does not have a Finish Product link to it?
