You can go in the chain at which process type it got failed double click on the process type the og in display messages then u can see what is the error .

or

suppose it got failed at the process type if infopackage then you can go in monitor in RSMO transaction and check for the IP you can check the request in RSRQ also and can rectify the problems.

Hi Kawalpreet,

Basically you can re-start the process chain, when you're process chain getting error.

Steps:

1. Get the logs for today, you'll see the node get stuck.

2. Right-click into that node, choose for repeat.

If it still can't solve the case, you need to fix the error. To check it, can check the error in <b>tcode st22</b>.
