ITS Connection Error

Hi,

SSO is configured.

Logical System with alias has been created.

When connection Tests are made for the logical system:

1) SAP Web As Connection ( success)

2) ITS Connection (Failed)

3) Test Connection with Connector ( success)

<b>All the three must be successful for Proper SSO ?</b>

In the ITS test ......

out of all ITS properties displayed .....the last property it is giving the following error

An HTTP/S connection to

<b>http://saphrd.ho.almarai.com:8000/bc/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui was not obtained successfully; this might be due to a closed port on the Firewall.</b>

Can anyone send me the steps for the correction of ITS properties to get connection success...

are able access above url , if not their is a problem with port, consult ur basis team about port to be opened , then test will successs

ITS Host Name :This information can be found under transaction code SMICM. Choose menu path GoTo &#61664; Services and you can find the hostname and port for the HTTP record.
