UWL config

Hi,

we have configured the workflow and the UWL in the EP 7.0.

The universal worklist iview is also accessible from the MSS. When the employee is applying for leave that task is available in the manager's inbox.But when we click on the link it is showing it as 'The page can not be displayed'... what could be the problem? can anybody help?

Thanks for your reply...

When i tried to perform connection test for the ITS it shows as follows:

Results

1. The system ID is valid

2. Retrieval of the system was successful

3. Retrieval of the default alias was successful

4. The system object represents an SAP system

5. The following parameters are valid: ITS Protocol (http) ITS Host Name (sapserver:8003)

6. HTTP/S connection failed

Could it be a reason?

Just now we found that the server port is accessible only through remote desktop. anyother thing is not possible...

I will check that and get back to you..

we enabled the port also... but this prob isnt getting resolved..

Have entered host entrys of back end system in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

and also in ITS host name

can be found under transaction code SMICM. Choose menu path GoTo  Services and you can find the hostname and port for the HTTP record.

give the same host anme mentioned here

We have done all these this settings also.. but still the prob exists...

now we are trying applying latest support packages...
