users generation error

Hi All,

I am working on SRM 5.0 version. when I am trying to generate users through USERS_GEN t code, I am getting an error saying 'Action is cancelled' and unable to assign the SU01 user to any of the organisations.

First time we are configuring the system.

Even I tried to generate users through other means, but every time system saying the same error.

Even I tried to generate through WEB, but not able to generate saying ' Fill all required fields in Work location data' even though i filled all the required fields.

Pl help me on this.

Note 1081356 - SRM 5.0: USERS_GEN provides improper error-message handling

Note 1104666 - SRM 6.0: USERS_GEN - Role is not saved

Note 408299 - Supplement to Transaction USERS_GEN in Release 2.0

2) Run the transaction `comm_del_prwb_user; to reset the user attributes.

Hi Srinivas,

Can you try few things here:

1. Check authorization for user with which you are using users_gen transaction.

2. When working through WEB, try filling all fields and create user. Check if it works. If it doesn't then give us the error it shows.
