hi experts,

i want to know does windows vista support SAP ,if yes which precaution sud i take while installing <b>ides</b> on my dell laptop.

Hi,

no need of any precaution as long as ur sap software is original.

u gotta be get rid of virus.

jus make sure abt system configuration.

it should have atleast,

1 GB RAM

80 GB Hard drive,

1.7G.Hz processor speed.

Hi,

ravi i am also using laptop with os vista but it is very slow

in fact my laptop has

2gb RAM,

160GB hard disk

but still vista is not good for SAP Ides go for windows 2000 or 2003

u can have better usage on it u can use vista but better my adivce is dont go for vista OS for SAP IDES ok ...
