opatch installation error "silent mode"

Hello,

I'm installing Solution Manager 4.0 SR3 with Oracle 10.2.0.2 on SUSE linux 10, when I try to install an opatch with the following command

perl /oracle/SSM/102_64/OPatch/opatch.pl apply /oracle/SSM/sapdata4/cds/cds/opatches/3748430

I receive this message:

"This script can be invoked only in -silent mode... exiting"

I do not wan't to install opatch in silent mode, I want to write the log to the lsinventory.

Can anyone help me?

Perhaps you can try the following:

/oracle/SSM/102_64/OPatch/opatch apply /oracle/SSM/sapdata4/cds/cds/opatches/3748430

Do not call directly the opatch.pl
